apartment listings
There are nine floors and fifty rooms to a floor. Some rooms will be unusable as they will either be too badly haunted or will be mysteriously locked. If the room is not described in the table as being locked or heavily haunted, feel free to take it as yours! We will not be putting every apartment on this table, so if it is not mentioned, assume that it's up for grabs!
All apartments follow the same basic layout. In the event of any deviations, we'll update this list with it!

Viola (![]() ![]() This apartment is almost lavish, with old, expensive looking furniture and pretty, atmospheric paintings. Mirrors have a tendency to crack, and things seem to be constantly moving at the corner of your eyes. Furniture may suddenly scoot across the floor and halt right beside you. Bloody handprints appear and disappear close by doors as you walk through them, and either soot-black or blood-red stains do the same on the thick carpet almost daily. |

Vice (![]() ![]() This room clearly belonged to a bachelor - there is a distinct lack of furniture, aside from a simple kotatsu in the main living room with a few cushions, and a television that needs to be whacked a few good times when watching. One room has a proper bed, while the other is an unfurnished room with a pair of futon bedspreads in the closet. The garbage in the kitchen is overflowing with cup ramen and carbonated beverages, and the cupboards are nigh empty. At night a man can be heard crying, and be seen drinking cheap beer while watching television. If you come towards him he'll offer you a drink, but just watch out for him temper when he's drunk. |
|
Locked. The knob appears to rattle after being handled.
Ilyasviel von Einzbern (![]() ![]() The doorknob to this room is ice cold and you often need to try and turn it multiple times before it opens, almost as if it's frozen. Inside it looks like an apartment where a young couple must have lived with their baby, the cradle still present in one of the bedrooms. The entire room is incredibly chilly though, always moreso than the rest of the building, and if you stand still in one spot for too long you can feel someone's hot breath on your neck. If you turn around and look, there's nobody there. The bedroom is incredibly lavish, decorated in delicate blues and soft pastels. Everything is delicate and beautiful - and as inviting as the windows look during the day, at night the curtains refuse to remain closed, going so far as to billow delicately away as if ruffled by a nonexistent wind. |

Rin (![]() ![]() This room-- with its inexpensive, mismatched furniture, perhaps belonging to a military man or woman, judging by the dog tags left in a bedroom-- has been trashed, furniture spilling from one room into another. The only thing about the decor that's been left intact are the framed pictures on the walls, pictures of strangers the previous inhabitant must have known. Their faces are nondescript, until you spend too long looking at any one of the pictures. Then, perhaps for only a second, you could swear you know the people in them, and they're ones you'd probably hoped never to see again. |

With the old-style furniture, rustic decor, and a couple of wooden canes in the corner, the apartment clearly used to house an elderly couple. Sometimes, the pair of canes will start to move as if invisible people have taken hold of them. Counter tops, tables and other flat surfaces are covered with a layer of dust but should you try to clean up, the thick layer will return instantly.
This room appears normal at first glance, but if you stay long enough, you'll find there's something not quite right about it. The last resident had to set himself on fire in order to escape... |
Locked. Something tackles the door if you try to open it.
Seth Aurailia (![]() ![]() This apartment once belonged to an artist. There are art supplies every which way, but more noticeable are the canvases. They go gradually from happy and beautiful to grotesque and disturbing. The bedrooms are a beautiful wall and ceiling mural featuring angels, babies, painstakingly painted people and then also medieval execution and torture methods. This room is haunted by the image of Terezi Pyrope |
|
Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu (![]() ![]() |
|
Garry (![]() A simple room, sparsely decorated aside from various paintings, bought and self-painted alike, lining the walls. An enchantingly beautiful painting of a traditionally-garbed woman can be heard giggling some days, and a few of the other paintings like to move around on occasion... |
|
Kotomi Ichinose (![]() ![]() A seemingly normal room…if you don’t mind the sink and tub faucets suddenly turning on at random and flooding the apartment with ice cold water. Additionally, at midnight and midday every day, the air in the room will become inexplicably heavy and dense, difficult to breathe. As the room becomes muddled and blurry looking, as if you were staring at it from underwater, you begin to feel as if you were drowning. Struggle as much as you want, but you’ll find yourself unable to escape—only for the sensation to abruptly disappear at 12:01 am/pm. |

This room looks like it has been abandoned, with nothing more than a few empty cardboard boxes and a bed without linens. The water in the rusty bathtub always drip, no matter how many times you try to fix it, and the floors have a permanent layer of dust on them. You leave footprints when stepping in it, but it disappears when you round a corner. Otherwise it seems fairly normal. This room is haunted by the images of Tohru Adachi and Konoe. |
The Once-ler (![]() ![]() The room is heavily taped up, so much of the old decor can barely be seen under the ancient, crackling strips of old tape. Newer (and less likely to break apart at a touch) tape is around the doors and windows, used sparingly and measured exactly. The apartments themselves are neat and unremarkable except for a pervasive, faintly acrid scent in the air in all rooms. |
|
Shirou Emiya (![]() Clearly the home of a single parent and their daughter. The bathroom, living room and kitchen area are cracked and coated with dust. The larger bedroom (the parent's room) is an absolute wreck, with rotten floorboards, splintered furniture, blood caked all over the walls, and some thin strips of the red tape over the walk-in wardrobe. The child's bedroom is comparatively safe, with only one large crack in the wall. Otherwise, it's a museum of sanrio related merchandise. This apartment is haunted by the ghost of Karkat Vantas. |
|
This room must have been a library once, with every wall covered with anonymous books in old, dusty bookshelves. Taking a book out if the shelves makes it turn to dust and a horrified shriek can be heard throughout the room. The light fixtures in the room seem broken as they constantly flicker and make buzzing, broken sounds. The bathroom is quite lovely, however... even if the water is very red.
Peko Pekoyama (![]() ![]() There is something definitely traditional about the room despite its state clearly having become worst since it was first decorated. Stands with traditional Japanese swords line some of the walls - for decoration or something else? They seem completely rusted in their sheaths and to the stands though, so trying to pull them out is an useless effort. Some of them have tape wrapped around them. Bloodstains are spread over the walls and over some of the swords. |
|
The walls of this room are always covered in blood. Sometimes it's just a slow trickle, and sometimes it's a red river. Stay too long and you'll suddenly feel lightheaded, as if you're being drained...
Locked. There's a warm smell of cinnamon around this door. |
This room seems perfectly ordinary. However, if you fall asleep anywhere in this room, you'll wake up in the bathtub -- now filled with ice -- with stitches somewhere on your body, a random internal organ having been removed. This room is haunted by the image of Dirk Strider |

This room is badly trashed. While technically livable if you refurbish, it will trash itself again the moment you turn your back. | This room was obviously owned by a woman who enjoyed the finer things. Expensive linens, soft carpeting - jars of makeup and beauty accouterments line the dresser, with pictures of men strung across the walls. Everything is in a soft ivory fading into the yellow of age. |
Yosuke Hanamura (![]() ![]() Though this looks like the room of a trendy bachelor, it's still pretty run down and unpleasant. There's a faint smell of burning plastic and a soft, buzzing static that appears to have no source. Radiators clank alarmingly and the stereo system will randomly blare out snippets of song. At night, there's a soft creaking sound in the sitting room, and a shadow sways against the wall as if something heavy is hanging from the ceiling. |
|
Visi (![]() This apartment is covered with hastily scrawled wards against spirits, but given the way some of them are shredded or ripped in two, they haven't been very effective. Deep gouge marks and blood splattered walls set the atmosphere, and it is only topped off with the dolls that line the room. Porcelain, plastic, ball-joint, stuffed; dolls are visible on every surface in the living room and bedrooms. Some appear to watch you as you go by; others have no eyes at all. There is a deep, oppressive feeling in this apartment, but also a sense of something invading it. |
|
Urotsuki (![]() ![]() ![]() The room was clearly owned by a hikikomori with an obsession with anime and manga - the room is decorated lavishly with all forms of figures, books, and anime DVDs and games, and some less than savoury anime-themed items as well. The place is a mess aside from the pristine collection of memorabilia, and the entire apartment smells faintly of sweat, and something sour. All seems quiet, until you put anything out of order in the collection... |
|
Locked. A sooty handprint appears on the doorframe after you've rattled the lock.
Miki Whitepaws (![]() This room seems very lived in, with four years worth of clutter and gear scattered around and dog fur on the worn couch. There's deep spiderweb cracks on the windows covered with tape on the inside and one of the bedrooms shows some extreme water damage. Despite being on the most haunted floor in the building, this room seems heavily fortified with tape and various kinds of wards written in some kind of ink or chalk. How effective they are is anyone's guess, but whoever put them up seems to have known what they were doing on some level. |

A very dangerous room. Two lovers. A murder suicide. The moment you and another person enter this room you are possessed by these spirits who act out their last moments once more. |
I'm sure you never saw a door here, and it never struck you as odd that the line goes from room 512 to 514. Well, not until you started thinking about it. Is that scratching you can hear on the adjoining walls to this room?

This room is in pretty decent shape -- cozy, even. But doesn't the furniture look a little smaller now than when you initially entered? Is that table shrinking? Better escape before the doors and windows are too small for you to fit through... |

It's pitch black in here. No light sources work. Your night vision doesn't help. And is that the sound of stone moving over broken glass you can hear? |
Locked. If you bend to look through the keyhole, you'll see nothing but red.

Locked. If you don't jump back quickly, a hand will shoot out of the door and grab you. |
This room comes with its own invisible servant. They will clean up after you, bring you delicious food and drink, let you watch whatever TV channel you want... and then kill you when you bed down for the night.
There is nothing in this apartment but a silken noose tied to a ceiling beam and a toppled chair. You feel very compelled to right this chair. Then maybe to check how sturdy that noose is. Then maybe to topple that chair over once the silk is snug around your neck...
Nothing wrong per se, but the water damage in this room is extensive. It wouldn't be healthy to live here. |

Locked. The door rattles in its frame.
This room is pristine, perfect, tidy, up to date and modern. Everything you could want. Except for that stench. It's so foul, so eye-watering, so rotten, that you can taste and even feel its layer of filth the moment you step inside. |
